​London Prestige Gymnastics Club - Terms and Conditions

Payment of Fees:

  • All fees, including membership, must be paid in full before attending any session. Failure to do so may result in the participant being unable to participate.

Uniform Policy:

  • Participants have the option to wear either the club leotard, their own leotard, or the club T-shirt (provided as part of the membership pack). Attire may also include regular T-shirts, shorts, leggings, or tracksuit bottoms (not covering feet). Skirts, jeans, or clothing with dangling accessories, belts, or loops are discouraged to prevent entanglement with the apparatus. No shoes or socks are allowed. Long hair must be tied back, and no jewellery, watches, chewing gum, or food/drinks are permitted in the hall, with the exception of water.

Leaving the Club:

  • London Prestige Gymnastics Club understands that circumstances may change. If your child(ren) is not returning, please inform us as soon as possible. A half-term's paid notice is requested if your child is leaving, assisting us in managing our waiting lists effectively.

Parental Observation:

  • As per our governing body guidelines, parents are not permitted to be in the gym during regular sessions. However, we value parental involvement and will hold a 'Watch Week' termly, providing an opportunity for parents to come and observe their children in class.

.Loss or Injury Disclaimer:

  • London Prestige Gymnastics Club and its staff are not responsible for any loss or injury that may occur during the class. Participants and their guardians acknowledge and assume responsibility for their own well-being.

Behavioural Standards:

  • London Prestige Gymnastics Club reserves the right to remove any participant from our program without refund if they are found to be engaging in bullying, misbehavior, or disruptive behavior that hinders the learning environment for others.

Medical Conditions:

  • Participants are required to declare all existing medical conditions during registration and promptly update London Prestige Gymnastics Club of any changes. This can be done via email info@londonprestigegymnastics.co.uk

Photography Consent:

  • Parents must declare if they do not want their child to be photographed for marketing use. Any changes to this preference should be communicated promptly via email info@londonprestigegymnastics.co.uk

Booking Confirmation:

  • Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Spaces paid for will be given priority.

Health and Wellness:

  • Parents must refrain from bringing their child to class if they have experienced any form of illness within 48 hours of the scheduled class to ensure the well-being of all participants.

Refund Policy:

  • London Prestige Gymnastics Club does not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances including illness.

Weather-related Sessions:

  • In the event of missed sessions due to typical bad weather, London Prestige Gymnastics Club will either offer a make-up session or provide refunds to parents. This ensures a fair and accommodating approach in unforeseen circumstances.

By enrolling in London Prestige Gymnastics Club, participants and their guardians agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated accordingly.
